Why Lulu Hassan is Richer than Husband, Rashid Abdallah!

For the past 2 years, Lulu Hassan has been pocketing 125,000 more than her Husband Rashid Abdallah. Lulu has been employed at Citizen TV where she jointly with Kanze Dena, (who has been snatched by President Uhuru Kenyatta), formed a formidable #CitizenNipashe Team. Based on her payslip, she earned way above 300,000 with over 100,000 in allowances. Her husband Rashid Abdallah was being paid 280,000 monthly while at NTV and Qfm.

Although Rashid has Joined Citizen where he is now earning more than his wife (550,000) monthly, Lulu doubles as a production manager at her Company Jiffy Pictures. The company has been contracted to produce various Telenovelas for local channels. Among the most famous Productions by this Lulu Hassan’s company include the Citizen TVs show “Moyo” and Maisha Magic East’s “Maza”.

Maza is owned conjointly by Lulu Hassan as the producer while her husband Rashid is the Executive Producer. The two TV series generates over 3,6 million monthly with Maza enjoying a bigger contract as it is on a “Pay per View’ TV owned by Multi-Choice Company.

Sadly, Lulu Hassan is entering in bad books with her company after reports emerged that the company refused to honor the agreement to pay Denis Maina, a scriptwriter over 230,000. Denis Maina was sub-contracted by Lulu Hassan’s top content writer Mr. Chitayi for the Citizen TV’s Moyo. Lulu Hassan has however denied the accusations saying she had never met Denis or reached any agreement with him.
