Courtesy University of Embu Gallery  NEW STUDENTS that have been offered a chance to join the great University of Embu are informed that the University will carry out an EARLY REGISTRATION exercise from 19th to 23rd August 2019 in the New Administration Block (ABH) from 8.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m. daily .   The exercise is aimed at allowing New Students to REGISTER at their convenience and to avoid the long queues during the official registration day. All New Students are encouraged to take up this opportunity to register early. After registering, students will be expected to return home and report back on the OFFICIAL REGISTRATION day on Monday 26th August 2019. Students who have secured accommodation in the University Hostels will be allowed into the hostels on 26th August 2019 .

The FC Masr side was just promoted, for the 1 st time, in the Egyptian top flight football. Nyakenya was on the ladder from various clubs in Kenya, Africa, and Europe after his expeditious     performance in KPL’s side Mathare where he scored 15 league goals in just concluded season. You've heard it a million times. When it's hot outside or you're  exercising , drink lots of water. It's how your body stays hydrated. But can there be too much of a good thing? In rare cases, drinking an extreme amount in a short time can be dangerous. It can cause the level of salt, or sodium, in your  blood  to drop too low. That's a condition called hyponatremia.
