Is Zimbabwe Army this Weak?

As the army prepared to take down Mugambe or at least force him to descend from the power, some major hiccups were identified with the armors which the Zimbabwe’s armies were using.

On a photo captured by one of the Zimbabwean citizens, a tanker was seen trapped in a mud while another one was trying to pull it out.

This might be a sign of incompetence with the whole Zimbabwe nation bearing in mind that some the nation have been under a dictator from independence.
