No Cohabitation! Landlord's Ethical Order to the Students.

It is business unusual for many University and College Students in Embu as one of the famous Apartment resided by the students has introduced new rules. Among the most conspicuous restrictions is the ban on cohabitation in the residential niche.

According to RoseDick Appartments Terms and Conditions of Tenancy, Rule number 16, on part read:"No cohabitation in the Apartment". There are other rules compiled in the printed 2-page document including drugs ban, gate closure hours as well as limitations of noise in the Apartment.

This might come as a rude shock for the comrades who had been used to enjoying the freedom to conduct their "bash" while drinking and smoking their things. More so, it is not clear if the Landlord will be requesting to be furnished with marriage certificates to ascertain the status of students living together.
